#3 – People of God – 1 Peter 2:11-12
11 Dear friends, I urge you as strangers and exiles to abstain from sinful desires that wage war against the soul.
Ephesians 4:1
Therefore I, the prisoner in the Lord, urge you to walk worthy of the calling you have received,
Ephesians 4:20-25
20 But that is not how you came to know Christ, 21 assuming you heard about him and were taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus, 22 to take off your former way of life, the old self that is corrupted by deceitful desires, 23 to be renewed in the spirit of your minds, 24 and to put on the new self, the one created according to God’s likeness in righteousness and purity of the truth. 25 Therefore, putting away lying, speak the truth, each one to his neighbor, because we are members of one another.

12 Conduct yourselves honorably among the Gentiles so that when they slander you as evildoers, they will observe your good works and will glorify God on the day he visits.
1 Peter 3:16 Yet do this with gentleness and reverence, keeping a clear conscience, so that when you are accused, those who disparage your good conduct in Christ will be put to shame.
